Shipping:

  • Shipping within continental US via UPS Ground, or USPS.

  • International shipping extra, not responsible for import tax / duties

  • No shipping to PO Boxes.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns and refunds are accepted with a 15% restock fee

  • Please contact us for a Return Authorization number

    • Please do not return products before receiving your RA number

  • Not responsible for return shipping

Warranty:

  • Your watch is covered by a twelve (12) month limited warranty effective from the date of purchase.

  • This warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects at the time of delivery of the Dubé Watch Works Watch.

  • The warranty does not cover:

    • Damage as a result of normal wear and tear from daily use, including Cerakote finish (see services page for recoating options)

    • Other physical damage to watch case, crystal, bracelet/ strap, bezel, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other components

    • Repair or modification by an unauthorized party

    • Water damage due to failure to secure screw-down crown or submerging at depths exceeding the rated water-resistance
